An asset tracking system comprises two parts: HARDWARE and SOFTWARE

Hardware

Depending on the assets to be tracked, the hardware part may include GNSS, GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou for location tracking, GSM, LoRA, BLE for communication and RS232, 485, CANBUS, barcodes, QR codes or RFID tags for data collection.

Software Platform

An asset tracker communicates with the software via TCPIP, a mobile application providing it with data about the asset’s location and properties. The software platform inturns process the data to generate meaningful data for the end user.

2G GPS Tracker

2G GPS Tracker is an asset-tracking security device installed in a vehicle to enable the owner or a third party to track the vehicle’s location. It is used for tracking and positioning any vehicle by using Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) and Global System collection location-based data from various satellites like GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, Galileo and Mobile communication (GSM) with 2G GPRS. A vehicle tracker continuously monitors a moving asset and reports the status of the vehicle on demand. A GSM modem is used to send the position (Latitude and Longitude) of the vehicle from a remote place to an Asset Tracking Software. The GPS modem will continuously give the data i.e. the latitude and longitude indicating the position of the vehicle.

4G GPS Tracker

4G GPS Tracker is an asset-tracking security device installed in a vehicle to enable the owner or a third party to track the vehicle’s location. AIS 140 VLTD is an asset-tracking security device have been designed to ensure the safety and security of women, students and other travellers in public transport, respond to emergencies and medical needs, along with curbing speeding. It is used for tracking and positioning any vehicle by using Indian Regional Navigation Satellite System (IRNSS) a regional GNSS owned and operated by the Government of India and Mobile communication (GSM) with 2G GPRS or 4G LTE. A vehicle tracker continuously monitors a moving asset and reports the status of the vehicle on demand. A GSM modem is used to send the position (Latitude and Longitude) of the vehicle from a remote place to an Asset Tracking Software. Mobile Application for field force tracking enables companies to track personnel and employees on the move, using a mobile phone’s GPS to locate and its internet connection to transmit the acquired data to backend asset tracking software. A user may record attendance, tasks and expenses during the day for an elaborate management report.

GSM SIM Based

GSM-based mobile SIM tracking is a cost-effective solution to location tracking using a GSM Cellular tower ID and its proximity to the tracked mobile user. The solution is suitable for freight carriers, cargo truck vendors, contractual personnel especially temporary attachments.

LoRa GPS Tracker

Long battery life

LoRa-based GPS Tracker is a portable asset-tracking device to track the asset’s location. It transmits location coordinates acquired via GPS positioning data and transmits using a LoRa communication network installed using receiver gateways. The location tracking data can be triggered using Accelerometer and Gyro-sensor when motion is detected or by configuring a time-based reporting interval. The device uses a researched power-saving mode to maximise its battery life.

Panic button

The panic button is built into the system for emergency alerts arising from its user’s press of a button, ensuring location and timestamp transmission to the asset tracking software for further action.

Fall detection

Fall detection is built into the device using Accelerometer and Gyro-sensor to send the fall alert of its user to asset tracking software for further action.

Bluetooth GPS Tracker

Designed for 2 Wheelers

Bluetooth GPS tracker is an asset-tracking security device installed in a vehicle especially a bike to enable the owner or a third party to track the vehicle’s location. It is used for tracking and positioning any vehicle by using Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) and Global System collection location-based data from various satellites like GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, Galileo and Bluetooth (BLE). A vehicle tracker continuously monitors a moving asset and reports the status of the vehicle on demand to its paired mobile application which in turn sends data to the asset tracking software. The GPS modem will continuously give the data i.e. the latitude and longitude indicating the position of the vehicle along with data collected from other connected sensors.

Fall detection

Fall detection is built into the device using Accelerometer and Gyro-sensor to send the fall alert to its user’s mobile phone which in turn sends an SMS to selected contact with fall alert and location details for further action.

Immobilizer

Immobiliser when enabled fortifies the vehicle and ensures that no unauthorised person can start the vehicle without proper passcode via paired mobile application.
